I went there last Friday for my CPR and first aid training. I cannot say enough good things for this place. They were so flexible with giving me an appointment and in communicating with me on a change of appointments. Their training was so detailed and well explained. I took my in-person training with Tyler. Super nice guy who was so patient, kind, and explained everything extremely well. Made it so easy for our whole group. They offer training that is approved by licensing as it is authentic and accepted by all healthcare and childcare providers. Will definitely recommend this place!! Ambrose.

Had my BLS skill check with Tyler! Tyler was very professional and straight to the point, but still very detailed and informative. I was in and out of the facility in a timely matter, and Tyler made the class fun and very interactive! I left the building with everything I need to know, and this skill check was honestly a hundred times better than the online module. The facility was clean and well-maintained, plenty of parking available, and a hand sanitizer and hand washing station were both available. I highly recommend taking the BLS skills class with Tyler!

It was fun attending the BLS class with Tyler. The company is so organized. I made a mistake of scheduling a wrong class but luckily Tyler called me to verify and supported me on rescheduling for the right class. The class went well and fast because Tyler always on point. It's a great refresher for healthcare and non-healthcare individuals. I am glad that I chose to get my BLS from First Support CPR and First Aid Training.

I recently took a hands on course for my BLS certification with Tyler. At the site he followed covid restrictions, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. Throughout the whole class he kept a calm and patient composure, answering any questions and demonstrating the actions needed on the mannequins . 10/10 would recommend Tyler for BLS/ First Aid/ CPR/ etc

Tyler was very knowledgeable and professional. His way of teaching was very clear. My boyfriend and I enjoyed his class immensely. He made it fun and we even stayed a little bit after class to chat about our experiences in the field. Sign-up process was easy and straight forward. If you have any question, they respond quickly. Price range, affordable. The site/location was clean, covid precautions in place. Plenty of sanitizers, disinfectant, sink to wash hands. Highly recommend for BLS, Heartsaver Firstaid/CPR/AED.

This week I obtained my BLS ( Basic Life Support) class and it was so organized, fun and safe! The course instructions were taught by Tyler who is encouraging, positive and supportive through the entire class! The class was taught in a clever way and to experience it you have attend the class! Tyler is a great CPR instructor,
In the past, I didn't like to take the CPR courses at all, because in the past all of my instructors did not give me good information for both lectures and skills. I always fell asleep during CPR courses. Since the day I took CPR courses from TYLER at First Support CPR and First Aid Training, I really like it. TYLER is a wonderful instructor. TYLER explained everything very clear and very easy to understand. Especially, if you are busy, it is great to take his class because he divides lecture and skills into 2 days. You do online with your online lecture at home, then you will see TYLER whenever you have time for your skill or hand on. It saved me a lot of time. Thank you very much for your training, you are a great instructor. It was a great CPR course I had in the past 20 years. I really enjoy your CPR courses. I did and I will refer some friends and family to your courses. Thank you very much.

Tyler was awesome and incredibly professional. He presented the information quickly and in a way that i know will stick with me in the future should i ever need to use it. Despite only being open two days a week it was incredibly easy to schedule an appointment and stop by.

He is extremely thorough and takes the time to answer all of your questions. He also has a great sense of humor which made the class fun and put our nerves at ease. I would definitely recommend him and will do my recertification with him in 2 years.

Just did my BLS recertification hands on class last night and once again Tyler Davis was awesome as an instructor. I like his style as he puts instructions in relatable vernacular. I am a healthcare worker, and this is my second time getting Recert with Tyler. Funny, professional and given the constraints with Covid- I still walk away with feeling well educated and informed with CPR. The online course is simple. Course changed slightly since I did it 2 years ago, but definitely for the better! Hands on course allows me to reinforce the skills I learned. This is a course everyone needs to take.

Tyler was very patient and informative when teaching us. Although the classes requires hands-on learning, there was hand sanitizer for us to use and he did his best to accommodate us given the pandemic. This was my second CPR AED training (I had to renew my card) and I feel as though I learned more this time around. I definitely recommend taking the hands-on portion here with Tyler!

Highly highly HIGHLY recommend this place for people looking to recertify not only for BLS, but for First Aid, CPR, and AED. I needed to recertify for First Aid, CPR, and AED because of a job, and signed up extremely last minute (as in, I booked my appointment at 6am and the class was at 7pm that same day). I called Tyler, the instructor, to confirm that I would be able to attend (since I signed up so late) and ask a few questions, and he was extremely helpful and accommodating. He returned my call right away and provided me with the link to complete the online portion of the AHA Heartsaver course before I came in, and confirmed/sent me a reminder through both text and email for the time and location of the training. The location might be a little hard to find (it's on the second floor of the building) but other than that, the hands-on skill check went smoothly. Tyler is extremely knowledgeable on the topic and happy to answer any questions anyone had. He has a lot of applicable real-life knowledge to share and works to make sure everyone is confident in their ability to perform the skills required for the hands-on skills check. The CPR training mannequin at this site also has lights to indicate if you're pushing deep enough/fast enough, which is really useful! It's super easy to sign up for training on their website, there's quick response time if you have any questions, Tyler is a personable and knowledgable instructor, and I got my AHA card through email the next day! I highly recommend First Support CPR for anyone looking to recertify--especially if you're recertifying last minute like I was!

This was a really great experience, I didn't expect to come home buzzing from the training. The communication is great, you get confirmations, reminders, and I got my card quickly.
It is such a wonderful option to have the hybrid approach. I took the online portion at my own pace around my work schedule. The in-person class was a smaller and I was able to get my questions answered and feel good about practicing. Tyler was so patient with questions and is a wealth of information. You will feel educated and empowered after this training.

Awesome Renewal Experience!
I had a great experience getting my Healthcare Provider BLS renewed with Tyler. Will definitely do it again when I need to renew in 2 years. He is willing to take small class sizes, tailors the training to the level of the providers in the class. He was extremely knowledgeable about the rationale behind the steps and is really personable, which made the whole experience enjoyable and not stressful. Highly recommend!!

Great option for renewal, efficient process. Easy to enroll, good communication. Modern mannequins with lights that show whether compressions are sufficient in speed and depth.
Tyler tailors his training to the skill level of his students and offers interesting information, stories, and rationale behind why we provide CPR/BLS in the way we do.
Be aware there is a small fee for credit card payments, so I recommend bringing cash or check if you wish to avoid that.

I've known Tyler since 2014 when I did my first First Aid & CPR class with him. It is always a pleasure to come back every two years as he is a great instructor. He instills confidence to all students not only with knowledge but also with the ability to act in case of any emergency. I am really impress that through the years he continue being the same great and friendly person. He loves his job and give his best during his classes. I highly recommend him.

Called to take the CPR exam one day before the hands on class. I was instructed to do the online portion first, and by far this is the best online videos I have experienced. Videos online are well explained and they constantly have test questions in which i really like. The online videos, I suggest to take notes since it does take 4-5 hours to do. The hands on class was great. The instructor is nice and makes sure you understand everything. I am happy I choose this place.

Tyler was super nice and professional. I would definitely recommend First Support CPR, if this is your renewal. We've all done this every 2 years for years. But, if you are new and it's your first time, it's definitely fast paced and should probably do the full in person class first. Will definitely come back in two years.

I took the online course then got my certification here, and I would definitely recommend Tyler as an instructor! I had to change my session a couple of times, but Tyler was super understanding and accommodating. About half an hour before my session, Tyler called to remind me about my appointment and ask if I needed further directions to find the location. This class shares the same entrance with another office, but there are signs to help you navigate your way here.
There was only one other student and myself, and Tyler was extremely patient and covered all the basics with us thoroughly. The session didn't take long and ran very smoothly. I'll definitely come back here when I need to renew my certification!

Took the hybrid course so I only needed to come in for the hands on portion. Spent nearly 30 mins there but 15 mins was just chit chatting with Tyler since he seemed to be such an easy going down to earth type of person. He walked me through the steps of the procedures and always confirmed to see if I understood and if I was comfortable to move on without me feeling rushed. Tyler is a great instructor and I plan to come back for my recertification in 2 years, I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get certified.

This guy is down to earth and real. It's fun just do meet him. I got my BLS CPR last minute in less than half a day and paid 75. Well worth the cost considering: no hidden cost, close proximity to where I live, individual attention, and the stuff I learn.
Hey sign up with him, it's better than any online or group learning you will ever receive.
Having done for for so many times, it's nice to actually learn something for once rather than just getting the certification.

Fantastic class,! Instructor is very knowledgeable and chilling, responding to email in timely manner, and very accommodating with class session. I took the online BLS class with on-site skill test. Material are easy to assess and understand via online, the instructor responses to question and request timely. I was able to schedule the on-site session on the same day. The class is fun, quick, and small enough for student to have individual attention with instructor. Highly recommended!

First Support is an excellent business to get your CPR/AED certification card (BLS for Healthcare Provider). I highly recommend taking the classroom course (approx. 3 hrs) with Tyler. He is an excellent instructor, highly knowledgable, and fun. The course also utilizes manikins with built in lights that show if you're performing the compressions correctly. It was a great experience for a first timer like myself.

I was actually a pain in the butt and had to reschedule multiple times but Tyler was very flexible and accommodating!
I did the lectures and quizzes online and showed up in the office for the hands on portion. This was very convenient as I was able to read and rewatch videos at my own pace. And the hands on portion was great too! Tyler answered any questions I had about the online portion and was very thorough with the hands on training.
If anyone needs CPR training- this is the way to go!

Awesome experience. I went in to complete the Basic Life Support Skills Session. Not only was Tyler accommodating and flexible, he was super friendly and an awesome teacher. He was so patient and good at answering all my questions. The session went by quickly and I left feeling a lot more confident in my skills.

I had a great experience with 1st Support! Tyler was super helpful and SO flexible and accomodating with scheduling! I did my skills session with Jennifer, and left feeling confident in my abilities! She answered all questions thoroughly and yet didn't spend unnecessary time in areas I was showing competentency in.
They provided me with a code to access the online part A and this code + the skills session was $75! (Same price as their classroom option)
I definetly recommend using 1st Support for your initial training or renewal!

First Support CPR is a great place to go. The staff is very friendly, they also are very flexible with your schedule. The classes are small which i really liked i felt that it was really hands on and never felt rushed. My CPR Card was ready the same day which was great cause I needed it for work. They have really nice and new manikins that had lights that lets you know you are doing it right. Over all I was really happy and will defiantly recommend them to my friends.
