These vendors are bound by strict confidentiality rules and are permitted to use the information only to support First Support CPR and First Aid Training operations. Course Cancellation Policy
We understand that your time is very valuable to you, and in an effort to respect your time and the instructor, a student can cancel class enrollment 24 hours before the start of the class without penalty. Last minute cancellations, no shows and rescheduling are subject to a $15 rebooking fee. We do not process for a refund.
Certification
The First Support CPR and First Aid Training makes certification fast, simple and easy. Each digital certificate has its own unique certificate number. Digital certificates can be viewed, printed or shared online and can be accessed anytime. There is no need to carry your printed certificate around anymore!
