About Us

First Support CPR & First Aid Training is a family owned business. Our company started as a service that we provided to special need families through JLDtherapy, a pediatric occupational and speech therapy center that focuses on special needs. Soon after we started educating families, we truly started to understand that the skills learned in the class room are skills that every person should know.  In addition to the family level courses offered at JLDtherapy, we wanted to expand to offer health care provider courses and reach more people with this valuable information which led us to open First Support CPR and First Aid Training.

Meet the Instructors

Tyler Davis

Lead Instructor

Tyler has been an instructor with the American Heart Association since 2015. He started working with his wife, Jennifer, at her clinic JLD Therapy and saw the benefits of having CPR and first aid knowledge while working with the families at the clinic. After becoming an instructor, Tyler realized how much he truly enjoyed teaching any topic but he has a special place for CPR and first aid because of how important these skills are.

Anna Lorango

Instructor

Anna is a former student of First Support CPR & First Aid who completed the course and decided she wanted to continue passing on the knowledge. Previously, she worked with disabled young adults and helped them find opportunities in the workforce. She became an instructor in 2017.

Jennifer Davis

Instructor

Jennifer became an AHA instructor in 2012 to teach her colleagues at a previous job. She maintained her certification and found in an invaluable asset to her work as an occupational therapist, particularly with her feeding therapy clients. Supporting the families of the kids she works with by educating them and being able to help during moments of crisis when a child is learning to eat has been very rewarding for Jennifer.
